Bonarda

The unstructured, casual style of Quara Estate is complemented by a much more concise and balanced ripening period, qualities that transpire both in the design of the bottle and in its content.
Throughout the winemaking process, the vines are irrigated just enough for the grapes to fully concentrate their flavors. Later on, the wine is aged in oak barrels to further develop its qualities and obtain its characteristic subtle spicy and earthy notes.
